Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects StudentSlot, tutors, parents, students, and service providers. You must not use StudentSlot, operated by LONUT (UEN 53462899X), in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive.

1. No Unlawful or Harmful Use

• Do not use StudentSlot for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harassing activity.
• Do not enter personal data unless you have authority or consent to do so.
• Do not use StudentSlot to manage activities unrelated to lawful tuition or lesson administration.
• Do not upload or enter content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, or invasive of privacy.

2. No Security Abuse

• Do not try to access another tutor's, parent's, student's, or account holder's data without permission.
• Do not probe, scan, test, bypass, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Do not share access links publicly or use another person's link without permission.
• Do not introduce malware, automated abuse, spam, or excessive traffic.

3. Communications

Transactional emails must be used only for genuine service-related purposes such as login, schedule access, reminders, and rescheduling. Do not use StudentSlot to send spam, marketing emails without consent, abusive messages, or misleading payment demands.

4. Student and Child Data

Enter only the student data needed to administer lessons. Do not enter sensitive, excessive, or unrelated data about children or families. Tutors remain responsible for their own child-safety, safeguarding, and tuition practice obligations.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, remove content, revoke links, notify affected users, or preserve information where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
